Consignment Stock
On-site stock at the customers main base or another specified location.
The components remain under the ownership of the supplier until utilised for production. Stock is only paid for when it is used, improving customer cash flow.

Just-In-Time (JIT)
This is an inventory strategy that strives to improve a client’s return on investment by reducing in process inventory and associated carrying costs. Implemented correctly, JIT can dramatically improve a manufacturing organization’s return on investment, quality and efficiency.

PTR (Purchase to requirement)
Simple spot buying of product as when it is required.

Call Off
Scheduling blanket orders for bulk quantities over a designated time period.
Product can be supplied against weekly or monthly schedules.
